Take away...
Using orthographic drawing conventions and photo-editing skills, we composed three sheets highlighting the variety of representational aspects of something as mundane as a croissant yet so very complex.
As I worked my way through this task, I learnt how to maintain dexterity while drawing, how lighting affects photography, the specifications essential to technical drawing (such as dark poche and working with scale), various skills on working with mixed media, and perhaps most importantly how representational drawing is affected by its value of depth. I understood how to look at objects from different points of view and how to use pencil shading as well as various hatching techniques [mainly dot] to increase the sense of depth and detail that a drawing appears to have.

As a whole, these drawings also indicate how important orthographic drawing is for an architect to reinforce the design ideas and to communicate the same to an audience.
